taxes and duties
All orders shipped to the state of Pennsylvania are subject to state sales tax.
With the exception of the state of Pennsylvania sales tax, all orders going to the USA are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
All orders to countries outside of the USA are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties for orders shipping outside of the USA. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
AANDERSSON has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Should you be interested in exchanging your item/s for a different style or different color of a style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at aandersson.net.
returning your purchase
Please email [email protected] to request your refund. Include your order # (as specified in your order confirmation email), list the items that you would like to return and state a reason for the return. A return delivery address will be sent back to you.
– Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
– Close the box and tape it securely.
– Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 2-5 business days after your package has been received by our warehouse. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original receipt.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
Please make sure to return the item and box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
We prefer that items are returned through UPS to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
AANDERSSON quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the defective product along with its packaging. We will then send you a replacement item.
